Center for 4th Trimester Care (C4TC) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve 4th trimester care for mothers/birthing people/parents and their newborns and thus decrease maternal and infant morbidity and mortality.

Mission: Center for 4th Trimester Care (C4TC) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve 4th trimester care for mothers/birthing people/parents and their newborns and thus decrease maternal and infant morbidity and mortality.
Center for 4th Trimester Care (C4TC) is dedicated to addressing these issues through:
- Education of physicians in providing care in the 4th trimester.
- Business development and management information for creating a successful 4th trimester business that addresses the needs of the community.
- Advocacy efforts in addressing the policies and legislation as it relates to the health and support of mothers/birthing people/parents and their newborns.
- Education, support, and collaboration with the birthing community.
